Our own practice informs these conversations. We share what we discover, the results we get and the questions that remain open.

We’re willing to question habits, explore an uncertain idea and try other ways of working. That applies to the products we build as much as to roles and ways of collaborating.

We draw on methods without treating them as ready-made answers. We adapt them to your situation and question them when experience reveals their limits. The same applies to our own ways of working.

Our own work is a place to experiment. We build, test ideas through use and examine the results. We’re also willing to reconsider a belief or abandon an approach. This is how we discover better ways of building products with AI, by doing it ourselves and helping others do it.

An idea has an effect when it becomes a product people use, a practice they adopt or a decision that helps a team move forward. We help make that happen with the people who will carry the change forward.

Product, engineering and organisation need to be developed together. A new way of building can change responsibilities; a different way of collaborating can help a product progress. We support these changes in everyday work, sharing the practices and the means to sustain them.

Helping products and organisations progress also means helping people grow. We want the work we do together to develop skills, judgement and the ability to act, both for our clients and for the people who join us.
