Personal data

The contact form collects your name, email address, company name if you provide it, and message. This information is used only to reply to you and is never passed on to third parties.

• Data controller: THE SPARK.
• Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in replying to messages we receive.
• Retention period: no more than three years after our last exchange.
• Technical service providers: Vercel (website and form hosting) and Resend (sending the message by email). Both are based in the United States; these transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
• Your IP address is used for no more than one hour to limit abusive submissions. Like any server operator, the hosting provider also keeps technical logs to maintain the security of the service.

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, or request restriction of processing or data portability by writing to hello (at) thespark.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

The site does not set any cookies or use any advertising tools. It measures traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies: visits and selected clicks (booking a meeting, making contact and following links between pages) are counted anonymously, without identifying visitors or tracking them across sites. Your choice of light or dark mode is stored in your browser and is not sent to anyone.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, illustrations, logo and graphics belong to THE SPARK. Reproduction without permission is prohibited. The Bricolage Grotesque and Figtree fonts are distributed under the SIL Open Font License.
