The Spark is a boutique consultancy specialising in product, technology and organisation. We work with leadership teams and their people to build products with AI and develop their ways of working.
We’re a small team of senior consultants with expertise across disciplines. The people you plan the engagement with are the people who deliver it. This continuity makes for a direct relationship, from decisions through to implementation.

We built The Spark to address these changes. This is what “AI-native” means to us: our services, the expertise we bring together and our organisation are designed for a world where AI is central.
This approach shapes our engagements. Product and technical decisions are made together. The people who define the problem and scope also help build the product. The organisation evolves around what teams can actually do and the responsibilities they can take on.
Learn by doing
We discover better ways of building products with AI by doing it ourselves and helping others do it.
Our own work is a place to experiment. We build products, organise the work of agents and develop our ways of collaborating. We examine what AI makes possible, what it makes harder and the checks it requires.
This experience informs our consulting. It gives us situations we’ve worked through, results to discuss and limits to explain. It also leads us to rethink our own practices as the possibilities evolve.
Developing products and organisation together
A new way of building can change how work is shared. A technical decision can help a team become more autonomous or create a dependency. An unclear responsibility can slow down a decision, even when implementation gets faster.

Sharing knowledge is part of the work. We explain the reasons behind our decisions, share practices and discuss what we learn from experiments. Your teams can take part, make the product their own and continue to develop it.
