Maintain the product

For AI features, we monitor the quality of results, errors and usage costs. A change in model, data or instructions can alter the product’s behaviour. We check it against representative cases before deployment, then extend those checks using situations encountered in production.
For agentic workflows, we also monitor how the work runs: steps that fail, human input needed and results achieved in your tools. We adapt rules, connections and approvals as your business evolves, checking that the changes preserve the operation of the whole workflow.
