Explore AI through experimentation

Inform your decision through experimentation.

  • Prototyping
  • AI use cases
  • Decision support

You have a product idea or want to explore how AI could improve an activity. An experiment with a limited scope helps clarify the need and assess its value before committing more resources.

AI makes it easier to build prototypes and explore several possible solutions. We use this capability to test your ideas in use, with the people involved. The question you need to answer guides the experiment we choose.

Before we start, we agree what the experiment should help you decide and which results will inform that decision. We compare what we obtain with the current situation: quality of the result, time spent, checks needed and usage cost. We also examine what would be needed to move from the experiment to regular use.

Put a product idea to the test

We build a prototype around the main uncertainties. Users try it; we observe what they understand, what they can do and what value they find in it. We also examine feasibility, existing solutions and the economics to recommend what to do next.

Explore a use of AI

We start with an activity your teams carry out and a few representative cases. We look at how the work is done today, then try what AI can take on, using the context and data we are authorised to access.

The experiment can cover a task or an agentic workflow that links several steps across your tools. We examine the quality of the result, situations that need human input and the time spent on checks and rework. This helps you decide what is worth automating and under what conditions the team could use it day to day.

The people running these experiments also know how to build what comes next. Tool choices, data access and integration constraints are therefore considered from the start.

What the experiment helps you decide

You get a prototype and findings from the tests, or an AI use case evaluated in your business. We share the results, their limits and our recommendations: develop a solution, adopt a tool, adjust the idea or stop pursuing it.

The engagement

An engagement with a defined scope, focused on a decision. Its schedule takes account of access to users, data and the people involved. We agree the scope together before starting.
