Design as we build
A mockup helps us discuss user flows; the specification defines the expected behaviour. We develop in short cycles, evolving the product, its specification and its tests together. Each version lets us check our decisions and agree the next priorities.
Put agents to work in your business processes
Handling a request, preparing a case file or updating information can involve several tools and people. We work with your teams to design agentic workflows: sequences of work that combine AI agents, rules and human input.
We start with how your business works to define which steps to assign to agents, what information they need and which decisions stay with people. We connect the workflow to your tools, with appropriate access rights and approvals where needed.
We check results and actions against representative cases. We plan for situations where the workflow needs to stop, ask for clarification or hand over to a person. Your teams need to be able to see what has been done and resume the work when a situation falls outside the agreed scope.
Organise and oversee the work of agents
We use AI agents to develop, test and review code. We define their context, the rules they must follow, what they can do independently, the resources they can access and the actions that require approval. We check their work throughout development. A rule needs to be relevant before it becomes an automated check. Product and technical decisions remain with the people building alongside you: architecture choices, trade-offs and assessing whether the product supports its intended use also require judgement.
Prepare for running in production
Access, data, integrations, performance and monitoring are part of building the product.
When a product includes AI, we work with you to assemble representative use cases to evaluate its responses and actions. These let us check changes before deploying them to production. We also plan for what should happen when the AI gets something wrong or cannot respond, and prepare to monitor errors and usage costs.

The product and the means to keep developing it
The engagement delivers the agreed scope into production, with tests, design decisions and the information needed to run the product. We work on a time-based or fixed-fee basis, in short cycles. At each review, we decide together whether to continue, adjust priorities or stop.
