Rethink your organisation
Evolve your product and engineering organisation to work with AI.
With AI, a team can explore an idea, give it shape and help build it with fewer handovers. A prototype makes it possible to discuss a solution earlier. Automated checks can take on some of the verification work. These possibilities open the way to more autonomous teams and simpler ways of working.
We work with your leadership team and your people to determine what this could change for you. Our practice of building with AI and our experience of product organisations inform this work: technical choices and their consequences for the organisation are considered together.
Review the product lifecycle
We look at how a problem is selected, how solutions are explored, built and deployed to production, and how their effects are then observed. We look for opportunities to bring activities closer together, reduce waiting and use feedback earlier.
Evolve roles and decision-making
When a person can take on more activities, their role and relationships with others change. We work on skills, responsibilities and the decisions the team can make. This autonomy relies on shared understanding of objectives, criteria for making decisions and opportunities to ask for help.
Set up an agentic software factory
We work with your teams to organise the work of AI agents across the product lifecycle: the context they have, the tasks they are given, the tools they can access and the checks on their results. We also define when a person needs to review their work, make a decision or give approval. This system is built gradually around your products, in response to needs and limits encountered.
Teams need to understand how this system works, intervene when it fails and develop it further. We identify who monitors it and how incidents inform improvements to instructions, tools and checks.
Try these changes with a team
We choose a product or team with you and an observable objective: shorten the time from an idea to use, reduce rework, improve quality or increase autonomy. We test new practices through the work, then adjust them with the people involved.
We observe what these practices change: the time from a need to deployment in production, the quality achieved, rework and review effort. With teams and their managers, we use these results to decide what is worth extending and what still needs to change. Time saved on one task is not enough if the work moves elsewhere.
The engagement can combine training, coaching and hands-on support. It leaves you with practices tested in use and guidance for continuing to develop them.
