Strengthen your teams
Strengthen your ability to decide and act.
A product to launch, a leadership role to cover between hires, a manager taking on new responsibilities: we support you by taking on a defined share of the work and decisions.
We start by clarifying what needs to be covered, the responsibilities involved and the consultant’s place in your team. Depending on the situation, the support takes three forms.
Hands-on product and engineering support
A PO, PM or technical expert contributes to everyday work. Their role and relationships with the team are defined around the product and the work that needs to move forward.
Fractional or interim leadership
A Chief Product Officer (CPO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) works on a fractional or interim basis to take responsibility for priorities, make decisions within their remit and support the teams. Their mandate and schedule are agreed with the leadership team and adapted to the business’s needs.
Coaching and mentoring
Coaching and mentoring start with situations your teams and managers encounter: trade-off decisions, stakeholder relationships, how they approach their role or how the team works. We work through the decisions to make and how to put them into practice.
AI amplifies the expertise brought to the engagement. It helps explore options, prepare work or contribute to delivery; experience is still needed to assess the quality and consequences. Working with your team also lets us share these practices.
The person you work with
We work directly with you or bring in an expert from our network, chosen for the need. You meet this person before the engagement and define the mandate together. Their experience, AI practice and availability are considered in relation to the work required.
We agree the schedule and review points. This support also helps the team build its ability to continue the work. Decisions are explained, practices shared and work gradually taken over by the people involved. We prepare this continuity throughout the engagement, whether it leads to a new hire, an internal handover or the team continuing the work.
