Train your teams to work with AI
Learn to work with AI on the tasks your role involves.
Using AI requires you to express a need, provide the necessary context and evaluate the result. These skills take different forms in different roles. We work on them through situations your teams encounter.
Participants try an approach, examine what they get and revise their work with an understanding of what needs to change. The content draws on our practice of product work, building and supporting teams, including the difficulties and decisions involved.
Product and business teams
Explore a need, work with documents, prepare a decision, prototype a solution or organise an activity with AI. We work on the starting question, the information needed and the criteria for judging the result.
Designing and supervising an agentic workflow is another possible topic: breaking down an activity, choosing what to assign to agents, planning approvals and examining the result. Participants learn to recognise when they need to step in and how to resume the work.
Engineering
Build with agents, organise their context and check what they produce. Exercises connect instructions, architectural decisions and checks to help teams stay in control of what is being built.
Management
Support changes in how the team works: autonomy, allocation of responsibilities, skills development and assessing results.
A format that makes time for practice
A workshop lets participants try an approach. A training course lets them practise it and understand what it requires. A programme alternates supported sessions with practical application, followed by feedback on results and difficulties.
We agree the programme, prerequisites, tools and what participants should be able to do by the end of the training. Exercises make this observable: express a need, provide the right context, examine a result and recognise when to correct it or set it aside. In supported learning programmes, we return to participants’ practical work to address difficulties they encounter day to day.
Participants work on their own topics when conditions allow and leave with their work and materials to help them continue.
Training can be a standalone engagement. It is also part of our other engagements: your teams learn by taking part in decisions, building and checking the results.
